Firstly, I’d like to thank you for making a purchase from my website, Old Man Vape.
I aim to ensure each bottle of eliquid sent out to my customers is as good as it possibly can be. If however you feel that you’re not happy with your purchase then I’m here to help. My aim is for 100% happy customers!
We off er a standard return policy.
You have 30 days from the date you receive your purchase to return your item for a full refund. We’ll need you to send us proof or your order, you can include the packing slip that was sent with it.
To be eligible for a full refund you need to return your purchase in the same packing to ensure its safe return to Old Man Vape. Your returned ejuice must also be unused and in the same condition you received it in.
Once I’ve got your item back, I’ll check to make sure all is in order and let you know that I’ve received your returned item.
Providing the item is undamaged and unused I’ll make a full refund for your purchase straight back to your PayPal. Under normal circumstances this would be within 24 hours of receiving your item.
Returning your item
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
